Christmas is a sacred day of the year when families come together to celebrate the many blessing of their year with each other. During this time tons of people are traveling all over the world. In fact, some families have decided to do a family vacation during the Christmas season to eliminate summer vacations and save money during this Covid crisis.

Holiday travel is crazy busy. No matter where you decide to travel you will have a packed plane, delay of some sort and everyone in a hurry to get to where they are going. With more families deciding to get away while others are coming together we put together 6 places to vacation during the Christmas holiday.
1) The Glass Resort / In Finland - They say this is where Santa was from so what better way to celebrate the holiday season than traveling to his hometown and seeing a site or two. A specific place called The Glass Resort in Finland. Rovaniemi the capital of Finnish Lapland, is where you will find Santa Claus Village and SantaPark. The Glass Resort offers a chance to live like the holiday fairytale, a Santa's Helper. You can enjoy watching the snow come down in your own little bungalow while drinking hot chocolate. Imagine being able to see everything while you lay down and watch lights sparkle in the snowy sky.
2) Junkanoo Festival/The Bahamas - Although this seems crazy some people don't want to experience the cold and snow. They want to feel refreshed with warm summer like climates. The Junkanoo Festival is a celebration that runs until New Year's Day. The people have parades, marches, and parties. Like everyone else they party with special foods, such as ginger beer, black cake and fruits.
3) The Broadmoor/ Colorado - Have breakfast with Santa, visit the gingerbread gallery and watch the light show ceremony all at the Broadmoor. This could be your quiet family fun trip or your all out vacation extravaganza. There are so many things to do. You can enjoy the snowy weather while basking in skiing or take on their wilderness experiences. No matter what you decide here you have many options.
4) Hogwarts In The Snow/London - Hogwarts in the snow is the making of Harry Potter with a holiday spin. The wizard world creates a true make over for Christmas. There are glistening Christmas trees, decor on tables set in the Great Hall and replicas of the Christmas fest. In the studio you will find special-effects that will have you wondering if they are real, such as the roaring fireplaces. Not only is this a Harry Potter Fan's dream, but London is one of the most recorded Christmas places in movies because it is always glowing and gorgeous during the holidays.
