On January 13th 2021 my husband and I took our honeymoon to Park City, Utah. We wanted a ski resort, but never did I imagine the whole cute and quaint ski town. Our first night there it was cold and snowy and I was in pure heaven. After we put our bags in the room we walked around and found this restaurant called Sushi Blue. It was one of the few we saw open and was inviting. We told our waitress, Makayla, that we were on our honeymoon and she was pleasant and friendly. Now to the chicken and noodles:

Price- $72.66 for two. The mango Mai Tai ($12.00) was delicious and had me with just one. The Vietnamese wings ($11.00) were some of the better wings I've tasted even from a wing spot. His Tonkotsu Ramen ($18.00) was spicy and satisfying. My Wok'd Chicken ($16.00) was worth every penny. His Hop Rising double IPA ($7.00) plus the 1-oz Exotico Repo ($3.00) made his drink intense. For desert we had the bread pudding ($6.00) which was comped for our honeymoon gift. With tip included everything was $82.66.
Presentation- The food came in large unique bowls that had us wanting to go buy them. The food had lots of color and looked fresh. They used seasonings that gave the presentation great appeal. I would give this presentation a 10 out of 10. They don't lie when they say their food is eye candy.
Quality- The chicken was cooked to perfection on the My Wok'd Chicken bowl. The noodles were not too hard or too limp making them my favorite thus far in the pan Asian food world. The drinks were moderate in taste nothing overly great or underly bad. Just normal for those who have a nice drink when out dining. Overall it was better than I expected.
Quantity- The bowls, Tonkotsu Ramen and Wok'd Chicken were very good size. The Vietnamese wings came with about 4 wings. They were large and the entire wing section not just the small wings you get at wing stop. The bread pudding was large enough for 3 to share. We couldn't finish it. We actually couldn't finish anything except our drinks and the wings. Everything else there was food left over.
Overall, this was an amazing restaurant that allowed us to experience fine cuisine in a romantic town and amazing setting. Our server was fast, polite and very generous for providing us the free dessert. When we go back to this ski town, this is a place we will visit again. Unfortunately, I didn't snap a photo of the wings or drinks, but you can view the other meal options below. Another fabulous meal to share with you wonderful people. Happy Eating.
